Which areas do you cover?
We cover all of Mexico City and the metropolitan municipalities of the State of Mexico. Our office is in San Rafael, Cuauhtémoc.
What types of properties do you handle?
Residential properties (houses, apartments and lofts), commercial properties (retail spaces, offices, medical offices, hotels and commercial warehouses), industrial properties (warehouses, industrial buildings and distribution centers) and land with different zoning, for sale, rent or transfer.
What are your fees?
It depends on the type of transaction and the service you need. Before we begin, we provide our fees and the terms of our service agreement in writing, so there are no surprises.
Which documents do I need to sell my property?
In general: a deed registered with the Public Property Registry, official ID, up-to-date property tax and water bills and, for condominiums, a certificate showing no outstanding HOA fees. We review your case and tell you exactly what is missing.
What do I need to rent a property?
Usually official ID, proof of income and a guarantor, a co-signer or legal rental insurance (one of those three options). Requirements are set by each owner, not by the agency; we help you put them together.
What is a póliza jurídica?
It is a legal rental insurance service that protects both owner and tenant during the lease: it includes tenant screening and legal support in case of default. In some cases it can replace a co-signer or complement one. We connect you with the right option.
What is the private portfolio?
Properties and clients we do not list on portals. Tell us what you are looking for and we will send you property sheets of the options that fit your needs.
What is property scouting?
An active search for a property with the features you need, even if it is not listed. Ideal when you are looking for something very specific.
Can you help me with a mortgage?
We guide you through the financing options and what you need to apply, and we support you throughout the process with the lender you choose.
